This Privacy Policy describes how wexalfinance ("we") collects, handles and secures personal data across our site and the Services. We act as data controller for this information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. We also keep: trade and settlement records, device logs and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, legal duty, legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, clearing trades, meeting compliance, fraud prevention, platform security, plus optional product updates with easy opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to running vendors (custody, payments, KYC), regulators upon lawful request, and de-identified analytics. Personal data is never sold.
